Playing Catch-Up

I am sitting and waiting for Justin's brother to be down with symphony practice, so I figured that this was as good a time as ever to update everyone who reads this on my life.

- Started student teaching, and am now in my 5th week. I will be teaching full-time starting tomorrow for the next 10 days. My students have truly taken a liking to me and want me to take over for the rest of the year. My teacher never has anything negative to tell me, so everyday has been a blessing at Immanuel. I don't want to leave there in 5 weeks, but I know that it can't last forever. I have the "perfect" class in that they never had to be disciplined, but then again I wish I could utilize my classroom management some days.

- For Valentines Day, Justin and I spent the day in Cedarburg. Our day involved watching Fireproof at the Rivoli, making a home-cooked meal, and then going to listen to the symphony. It was just about perfect.

- Mom has started collecting decorations for our wedding, so it is exciting to see how many emails she can send me in one day. I am so blessed to have a mom who enjoys taking charge of things like this.
