Swingin into Spring...

This weekend was filled with new experiences and fun times. Friday night was the first annual (well...we will see if the next President allows it...) Swingin into Spring dance event. I had my hair done by a friend and was picked up by my date at 6:50. We headed over to the Mequon Country Club where Concordia's Jazz Band was playing. It was a good warm-up and made us anxious to have Swing Nouvea start playing. We had a quick dance lesson first (which Todd and Kelly had thought they missed) and then attempted to put the dances together. Justin and I need some work...but there were other couples there who could dance the night away. Of course, that doesn't matter when you're with the ones you care about. The highlight was when Justin won a CD!! (the head singer helped him out)

Saturday and Sunday (both 70+ degrees) were spent at Justin's home. We had dinner with his grandparents, played the Wii (my arm hurts a lot!) We went to church, took a walk, and made dinner. This weekend gets a 9 1/2 out of 10 stars!
